1. The personal data we collect

A. Information that we collect when a merchant’s customer interacts with a Clover POS or other Clover payment method

(i) Information that we collect when individuals make a payment

When you make a payment at a merchant using a Clover Point of Sale system (“Clover POS”), the Clover Payment Gateway, the Clover App, the Clover Go App, or any other related payment method that Clover makes available, we collect information about the transaction, which may include personal data.
