We hold our auctions every month, in which we sell almost anything* including household furniture and Bric-a-Brac.
Items can simply bought to our sales room with easy parking straight outside for simple and quick unloading and we will then lot up in our next appropriate auction. Or if you cannot deliver, we can collect items locally in the North Devon area for a small fee. Contact us today for a quotation.

You will receive a list (via email) with all your items submitted to the auction along with the photographs of your items prior to the auction start date so if you would like to suggest any changes to a listing you are welcome to. Reserves on the items can be added free of charge. If you require any changes to the lot listing I.e Reserves added, You will need to inform us prior to the catalogue launch. You will only see one 'Key' image on this email, but there maybe other images added once it goes live.
All electrical items will require a PAT test prior to the sale. We provide this service in house for a small fee.
Soft furnishings made with synthetic fillings must carry Fire Safety labels. Items with no labels, or labels removed cannot be sold (excluding pre 1950s furniture).
When can I deliver my items into your sale?
We collect in for our auctions during our standard working hours, even if there is a current auction ongoing. The only time we do not accept new entries is the week following the auction ending.
Selling fees:
We charge 18% Commission and a £1.00 per lot. For larger consignments our terms may vary. To view our terms and conditions please click here
How will i be paid?
Vendor payments are normally made within 48 hours after the date of the auction by bank transfer, provided payment has been received from buyer. Please make sure the your correct bank details are given in prior to the Auction. If you haven't had contact with us within 72 hours of the auction please contact us.
Items that we don't accept:

Sofas

Soft furnishings without fire labels

Glass TV Units

Mattresses

Wooden items with active woodworm

Items that are unsellable I.E dirty broken china, old stained clothes etc.

Large rosewood/MDF or dark wood dressers
Look at the items you want to sell and think to yourself 'Would I buy it and would I pay that for it' before entering it in our auction as chances are if you wouldn't buy it.. I won't sell very well.
When can I deliver my items into the auction?
We open for deliveries on the second & third week after our previous auction closes. Please call us to book an appointment time. Deliveries made within two weeks of the auction starting may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing prior. We do get very full quickly so appointments need to be made in advance to ensure we can sell your items.
Vendor advice:
Once the auction is live I cannot remove any lots from the auction so please make sure you are happy with how the items are listed before the auction goes live. You will receive your vendor advice with all the details on prior to the auction starting. If there is anything that you wish to change, please contact us before the auction goes live.
